Steve and 40 of his colleagues have just completed a major re-building project of our whole hosue, including a loft conversion, kitchen conversion, re-building of two bathrooms, re-citing walls, re-plastering and external and internal decorating.

Throughout a five month project, all the men were unfailingly courteous and punctual, hardworking and reliable. All the work was completed ahead of schedule, to the highest standard.

The project did go over budget, but at each stage we were informed of the necessity for this and given various different options.

Perhaps most impressively, now that workers have all left, I still feel that I can call Steve as minor problems arise, and these and general "snaggings" are dealt with promptly under guarantee.
